Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pula mobile application and related services (the “Service”), provided by BiteSizeSkills, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Important health notice. Pula offers educational and self-help content for hair pulling and other body-focused repetitive behaviors. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions, purchases, and renewals

Pula offers a free preview (Module 1) and paid plans, which may include monthly, yearly, and lifetime options.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Except where required by law or the applicable app store’s policies, payments are non-refundable.

4. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Service or content;
reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or audio assets, except as permitted by law;
interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, or use it unlawfully.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its audio sessions, text, and design, is owned by BiteSizeSkills, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the reflections and notes you create in the app. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteSizeSkills, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
